This Is How Tomorrow Moves is an indie rock, dream pop album that explores the growing pains of bittersweet girlhood and all the uncertainties that come with moving forward from love and loss. It's co-produced by music legend Rick Rubin, who's known for his more minimal approach to production which, in this case, makes space for beabadoobee's songwriting to really float and shine. You'll also never hear such a soft and dreamy voice quite like hers, and it heals the younger girl in me to hear her sing lines like "When the wind decides to move I look up at the sky and think, 'at least we look at the same moon' // the one of many ways that I can think of you".
